Context
Rho Labs builds crypto financial infrastructure across an interest-rate exchange, LP Vault, points, an RFQ DEX on Canton Network, BitGo off-exchange settlement, and a Perp DEX.
Challenge
More than five product lines competed for the same engineering, BD, marketing, and product capacity. At the same time, Rho X users needed a clearer route through a technically complex product.
What I did
- Grouped product work around business objectives: liquidity, sustainable trading activity, institutional access, and activation.
- Sequenced more than five parallel product lines using impact, dependencies, launch readiness, and team bandwidth.
- Launched the LP Vault proposition and coordinated product readiness, marketing, investor and partner materials, and sales enablement.
- Designed a unified points program across Rho X, LP Vault, Perp DEX, Canton RFQ, and referrals.
- Led a full UI / UX and onboarding refresh across Rho X and related product surfaces.
- Used interviews and repeated screenshot-based support requests to identify that users needed contextual guidance, not only interface changes.
- Turned that insight into a production MCP product-access channel and validated 24 tools across market data, account state, and safe place / cancel order workflows.
