Context

Rho Labs builds crypto financial infrastructure across an interest-rate exchange, LP Vault, points, an RFQ DEX on Canton Network, BitGo off-exchange settlement, and a Perp DEX.

Challenge

More than five product lines competed for the same engineering, BD, marketing, and product capacity. At the same time, Rho X users needed a clearer route through a technically complex product.

What I did

  • Grouped product work around business objectives: liquidity, sustainable trading activity, institutional access, and activation.
  • Sequenced more than five parallel product lines using impact, dependencies, launch readiness, and team bandwidth.
  • Launched the LP Vault proposition and coordinated product readiness, marketing, investor and partner materials, and sales enablement.
  • Designed a unified points program across Rho X, LP Vault, Perp DEX, Canton RFQ, and referrals.
  • Led a full UI / UX and onboarding refresh across Rho X and related product surfaces.
  • Used interviews and repeated screenshot-based support requests to identify that users needed contextual guidance, not only interface changes.
  • Turned that insight into a production MCP product-access channel and validated 24 tools across market data, account state, and safe place / cancel order workflows.

Context

StableUnit was moving from an early stablecoin and CDP concept toward a usable multichain product.

Challenge

Discovery, requirements, delivery cadence, QA, and founder follow-up workflows needed to become one operating system.

What I did

  • Conducted more than 50 user interviews.
  • Turned findings into product specifications, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Coordinated design, engineering, QA, releases, and multichain deployments.
  • Introduced backlog hygiene, OKRs, delivery rituals, and QA gates.
  • Built AI-assisted CRM, follow-up, and investor-relations workflows with the founder.

Context

At Tinkoff Business, I progressed from Business Analyst to Senior Product Manager and worked with a 15-developer team across SME banking products and internal systems.

Challenge

The internet-acquiring journey contained bureaucratic steps that slowed SME onboarding and activation. Product usability and marketing execution also needed to work as one growth system.

People and agents needed shared context, repeatable workflows, and review rules instead of repeated PM explanations and one-off prompting.

About

I am a product leader and hands-on builder based in Lisbon. My work sits where complex financial systems, user behavior, commercial outcomes, and AI-enabled operations meet.

I have worked in startups, a large digital bank, DeFi protocols, revenue operations, and my own businesses. Across those environments, the recurring theme has been the same: make complexity understandable, build a repeatable system around it, and connect the work to a measurable outcome.

Outside work, I practice yoga, care about vintage cars, write the Satisfaction Telegram channel, and think about long-term financial independence through a crypto-native retirement plan.
